somebody help me!!!!!

My brain doesn’t work anymore. I feel like i am being stupid. Almost it is half of this semester. My English is supposed to be improved.It is getting worse. Actually, I was torn between writing on this topic or not because this journal can seem that I excuse myself and i feel shamful. However, I have to write and need some advices. Does anybody feel like this way?? Or if you already solved it, can you please give me a solution or a hint?

    Sam, I think everyone understands. Your English isn't getting worse. You are trying new things and are not perfect at using them yet. You are LEARNING. Why don't you try some new things. Every day when you are in the lounge studying, what are you studying? Maybe you need to do some listening practice in between reading and writing to make things fresh. Do you have an iPod? You can download all kinds of great things to listen to. The middle of the semester is hard...you need to regain your momentum. Write a list of your goals, and remind yourself why you are here and why it's worth working for. Remember that "the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step..." and try to relax.
